Absolutely. We welcome reasonable modifications to our floor plans so your home can better reflect your lifestyle and needs. Any changes must be evaluated and approved by our team to ensure they comply with structural standards and site conditions.
Yes, homeowners are welcome to visit the job site during construction. For safety and coordination purposes, we ask that all site visits be scheduled in advance with your project manager so we can ensure the visit does not interfere with ongoing work.
