Can I make changes to the floor plans?
Absolutely. We welcome reasonable modifications to our floor plans so your home can better reflect your lifestyle and needs. Any changes must be evaluated and approved by our team to ensure they comply with structural standards and site conditions.
Can I make site visits to the house during construction?
Yes, homeowners are welcome to visit the job site during construction. For safety and coordination purposes, we ask that all site visits be scheduled in advance with your project manager so we can ensure the visit does not interfere with ongoing work.
Are your services available for commercial and industrial properties?
Yes. We work with businesses, property managers, and industrial facilities throughout the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas. Our team is equipped to handle large-scale mitigation, restoration, and renovation projects with minimal disruption.
Can i use my own architect?
