Jeffrey Wagner
Jeffrey B. Wagner brings a distinctive combination of scientific discipline, financial insight, and hands-on construction leadership to AZ Construction & Renovation. With an academic background in molecular biology, he developed an analytical approach rooted in precision, problem-solving, and attention to detail, principles he applies to construction planning, estimating, procurement, project execution, and quality control.
His experience with financial markets also strengthens the company’s ability to manage material-price volatility, interest-rate pressures, and changing market conditions. Through disciplined forecasting, purchasing strategies, and risk-management techniques, including futures and options hedging, Jeffrey helps position AZ Construction & Renovation to deliver projects with greater cost awareness, operational discipline, accountability, and long-term value for its clients.
